Move from Within is a slow, deep movement practice based in movements you might find in a traditional yoga class. It allows each person to go at their own pace based on the individual fitness levels, learning to move into the center or midline of the body to attain maximum balance, strength and healthy functional movement supported by the core.

This is a Drop In practice open to all levels.
