A "Yin Dragon" typically refers to the feminine, passive, or darker aspect of dragon mythology, symbolizing endurance, thoughtfulness, and balance with its Yang (masculine, active) counterpart. In the Yin Practice, poses are held for longer durations (3-5 minutes) to target deeper energy pathways (meridians) and encourage surrender, aligning with the yin principles of stillness and release.

It is a whole body awareness practice and may even challenge your emotions andĀ ego. Flexibility is a deeper aspect of strength. It's not about being "bendy". In fact, to practice deep stretching without muscular engagements can be potentially damaging to our joints and ligaments.

You will experience a more gentle Dragon Fire, but the fire will be ignited.
